Employee Contest: Gillette Innovation Challenge BIG assisted Gillette in staging an internal competition to spotlight its innovation successes. The first year of the contest involved 25 North American teams competing for top innovation. The second year expanded to include 130 international teams. The following year, Gillette was acquired by P&G. |
